Hanoi, Ha Long Bay, Trang An Eco Complex Unesco Heritage Sites 5 Days

08h00: After breakfast this morning, we start our seat-in-coach tour of Hanoi including Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (outside), the national leader whose memory is honored here. We will also visit The House on stilts; see the distinctive One Pillar pagoda. 

Moving out to visit the Temple of Literature, where Vietnam’s first university was established here in 1076. 

Continue to visit The Thang Long Imperial Citadel, World Heritage site . which was built in the 11th century by the Ly Viet Dynasty, marking the independence of the Dai Viet. 

12h00: Lunch at the local restaurant.

13h00: After lunch, the car will drop you at the hotel.

Or you will be transferred to the complex of the Hoan Kiem Lake, the heart of Hanoi and you will start a walking tour of Hanoi Old Quarter.

From Hoan Kiem Lake, you are advised to visit the complex of Hoan Kiem Lake including Ngoc Son Temple (Jade), But Thap  Tower (Pen- shaped tower), Dai Nghien (Ink Stand), the Red- painted wooden The Huc Bridge. 

Then you may shop at the Old Quarter (36 ancient wards & streets) and Dong Xuan market or you may take a a green car or cyclo ride tour (at your own expense) around the Old Quarter to experience the exciting local daily life of Hanoians.

Your choice in evening is Water puppetry performance at Thang Long Theatre.

Overnight in Hanoi

At 08:00AM, your client will be met by our local tour guide at the lobby of hotel. Enjoy the interesting 2 hours drive to to Ninh Binh province. Visit Bai Dinh pagoda - a large population known as many records such as: the largest pagoda of Vietnam, the biggest gold - plated copper of Asia and the longest lobby in Asia.

14h00: Transfer to visit Trang An Landscapes Complex, Unesco World heritage, the first recognized cultural and natural heritage site in Vietnam and Southeast Asia..  You will be amazed by neglected area while having boat trip through cave chains: Sang Cave, Toi Cave, Ba Giot Cave, Sinh Cave…experiencing mysterious views of  the so-called “Ha Long Bay in land”

Then, you will transfer back Hanoi.

Drop-off at the hotel. Free at leisure.

07h00: Breakfast at the hotel. Then transfer for Ha Long Bay by bus (3.5 h) through the beautiful scenery of green rice fields, water buffalos and everyday Vietnamese village life in Red River Delta (stop over for shopping and relax).

12h00: Arrive at Ha Long wharf and embark the private boat to discover Halong Bay, listed as a World Heritage of outstanding natural beauty. The picturesque Halong Bay has more than 2,000 limestone islets rising from the clear emerald water, many of them containing beautiful grottoes. A 4-hours boat cruise will bring you to visit the largest and the most famous of Ha Long bay: the most famous Daugo grotto, Thien Cung cave, which is crammed with stalactites and stalagmites. There are numerous rocks and islands, which are predominantly composed of hardened dolomite together with smaller amounts of calcium carbonate. Each has a name which commemorates very interesting legends, such as Gachoi (Fighting Cocks) islet, Con Cho (Seadog rock)... 

Fresh seafood lunch will be served on boat.

16h00: After the boat cruise, return to Hanoi. On the way back, short stop at Hai Duong City (you may have a chance to taste special green been cake)

19h30 – 20h00: Arrive hotel.
