The airline will operate four flights per week with Airbus A321 aircraft to meet the increasing travel demand of passengers between the two countries.
The flights from Cam Ranh airport in Nha Trang city will depart at 21.35 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays, while those from Incheon airport in Seoul will take off at 6:20 (local time) on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.
The airline said this is its fourth air route linking a locality of Viet Nam with Seoul after the Ha Noi/Ho Chi Minh City/Da Nang – Seoul routes.
The new route marks an important step in the implementation of a cooperation deal on trade, tourism and aviation promotion signed by the Khanh Hoa People’s Committee and Vietnam Airlines in October 2017.
On the occasion, Vietnam Airlines is set to launch a promotional programme until April 30 offering round-trip tickets from 5.29 million VND (232 USD) for flights departing between March 25 and April 30.
In addition, Golden Lotus members flying from Nha Trang to Seoul within one month from March 25 will receive 1,000-2,000 bonus miles in their accounts.
