Introduction

Mountains cover Ninh Thuan by 3 sides and the last side merges with Pacific Ocean. Its terrain has 3 main features of mountainous, delta and seashore. Climate of province is typical of dry and hot despite strong winds vaporizing all of natural water, including annual raining level of 705 mm, so it is the most harsh dry in the country. Phan Rang, the center of province, is on the intersection point of Northwest national highway No. 1A, highway No. 11 to Da Lat and national railways. It is 1,382 km from Hanoi, 105 km from Nha Trang and 350 km from Ho Chi Minh City. Although the climate is harsh, here is still a major fishing ground of Vietnam, not to count for specialized cultivation of grape, sugar cane, tobacco, cotton, garlic and aquatic products. Located right in national tourism group of rectangular of Da Lat - Nha Trang - Phan Rang, Ninh Thuan holds in its arms much of excellent sightseeing and valuable landscape like Ca Na beach, Ngoan Muc Pass and Chµm towers. It can also note with professional villages in province where producing porcelain products, brocade textile and with engraving and architects arts.
